Holly Brigham's New Book Project

July 26, 2016

Holly Trostle Brigham is one of my first clients, her husband David Brigham now head of PAFA got my name while he was working as the head of the Allentown Art Museum putting together a show for Karl Stirner in 2006, she needed photographs of her paintings. Once again an artist has become almost like family because of the years we have worked together. Just recently she created a handmade book with Marilyn Nelson, Pookie Weatherburn and Jase Clark called ‘Sacred Sisters' featuring her paintings. Here is a little info I grabbed from the web about Holly's background.

Holly Trostle Brigham is a Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts-trained figurative painter who creates mythical allegories of contemporary historical subjects. Her paintings have won awards at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the Lancaster Art Association, and for watercolor at the Harrisburg Art Association.

Below are some images that I have photographed over the years and a video I found online.
